Here at Desert Mountain High School, our goals for the girls flag football team are to emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and communication through the game of flag football. We are committed to creating a culture built on trust, accountability and respect, both on and off the field.

We strive to develop each athlete’s skills, leadership, and character while fostering an environment where every player is challenged to reach her full potential. Through hard work, preparation, and a commitment to one another, we aim to compete at the highest level while representing Desert Mountain High School with pride, integrity, and class.

Our goal is not only to develop successful athletes on the field, but to also develop our players skills off the field in order for them to become leaders and role models for their communites in the future.

Our story

Desert Mountain Girls Flag Football blossomed out of a vision that our coaches had as the sport continues to accelerate in popularity world-wide. We are committed to providing an unparalleled "Girls Flag Football Hype" experience.

However, achieving this unity requires more than just teamwork; effective communication is paramount. Players must actively communicate on the field, calling out plays, alerting teammates to opportunities or threats, and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
